The capstone of the Project Manager track. Medlink Diagnostics is opening a diagnostic laboratory in Port Harcourt, and its managing director has promised the state commissioner an opening date in public. In week 10 you inherit the project: the analysers are stuck in customs, the naira has moved against the budget, and six change requests are on the desk. You'll write the charter and map the stakeholders, check the plan and find that its approved budget was built on likely rather than expected durations, build the critical path and discover the promise had one working day of cushion, simulate the plan to find the real chance of the date, measure earned value at week 10, and forecast the finish and the cost from the remaining work. Then you'll price the risk register, test six change requests against the schedule (one really saves nine days, another saves none), measure six recovery options and combine the ones that work, and write the one-page decision paper that leads with a recommendation and a trigger. Every number comes from running the code.
