Professional course · Build a skill that pays
Plan, run and finish projects on time and on budget: scope, schedule, cost, risk, people and stakeholders.
Good project managers are in demand in every industry. This course teaches the full lifecycle with real tools and templates (charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, risk registers and status reports) and ends with a complete project plan. If you are new to the subject, start with the free Project Management Fundamentals course and continue here.
A complete project plan

Plan for 3 months. It is self-paced, so you can study around work or school, and your progress is saved as you go.
No experience is needed. It starts with the basics and builds up to more advanced practice.
Yes, when you complete the lessons, pass the assessments and submit the final project. Paying for the course does not award the certificate on its own.
You pay once, by bank transfer to the Academy account, and send your receipt. The course opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
