Product managers decide what to build next and why, then check whether it worked. In this course you do that job for Paystream, a mobile wallet with 8,000 new signups, a busy backlog and a sales team asking loudly for one feature. You'll turn goals into measurable outcomes, learn what users are trying to get done from coded interviews, analyse 1,500 pieces of feedback without letting one loud channel distort the picture, find the funnel step where market traders fall away, and use cohort retention to see who stays. Then you'll score the backlog with RICE and test its assumptions, fit a roadmap to the team's real capacity, and review a launch honestly: the savings goals feature looked like it lifted retention by 18 points, but a randomised holdout shows about 2, and not conclusively. The course ends with a product spec and a quarter plan. Every number comes from running the code.
